Department Of Consumer Affairs Holds Public Hearing To Investigate Unscrupulous Practices Of The Process Server Industry In New York City

Several process Serving Companies went to this hearing and we will be reporting thier comments on this story in the next few weeks.

It should be known that the practice called "Sewer Service" is not limited to NYC.

It generally is found in agencies who use underpaid and untrained, process servers who do not adhere to the guidelines and rules set forth to insure the proper service of papers.
